SB 180: Traffic Infraction Detectors

GENERAL BILL by Rodriguez

Traffic Infraction Detectors; Decreasing the penalty to be assessed and collected by the department, county, or municipality if a traffic infraction detector is used to enforce specified violations when a driver failed to stop at a traffic signal; prohibiting the suspension of a person’s driver license and privilege to drive or the withholding of the license plate or revalidation sticker for failure to pay certain penalties under certain circumstances, etc.
