CS/CS/CS/HB 301: Insurance
GENERAL BILL by Commerce Committee ; Civil Justice Subcommittee ; Insurance and Banking Subcommittee ; Santiago
Insurance; Specifying the required reimbursement of loss adjustment expenses in reimbursement contracts between the State Board of Administration and property insurers under the Florida Hurricane Catastrophe Fund on or after a specified date; revising a criminal penalty for the submission, with certain intent, of an employer application for workers' compensation insurance coverage which contains false, misleading, or incomplete information; providing that certain sworn statements in such applications are not required to be notarized; providing right of contribution of certain liability insurers against other liability insurers for defense costs, etc.
