Educational Support Staff; Providing that a staff support position that has over a specified amount of positions vacant constitutes a critical shortage area; requiring each district superintendent to compile specified information by a specified date each year; requiring districts to fund certain incentives; requiring district superintendents to file a report with the Legislature documenting certain information by a specified date each year, etc.
