GENERAL BILL by Children, Families & Seniors Subcommittee ; Caruso ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Chaney ; Gossett-Seidman

Substance Abuse Service Providers; Prohibits use of specified substances on certain premises; defines "medical marijuana"; requires DCF to establish mechanism for imposition & collection of fines for violations; provides penalties for trespass in recovery residence; prohibits service provider from referring patients to, or accepting referrals of patients from, certain recovery residences; requires referral to include placement of patient into specified programs.
