Department of Financial Services; Revising the Chief Financial Officer’s rulemaking authority; revising eligibility requirements for a hurricane mitigation inspection under the My Safe Florida Home Program; authorizing the department to determine what property insurance coverage is necessary; revising the timeframe in which health care providers must petition the department to resolve utilization and reimbursement disputes; revising the timelines and conditions under which stock, other equity interests, or debt of a business association is considered abandoned, etc.
