GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; Criminal Justice ; Bronson
Mobile Surgical Facilities; defines term "mobile surgical facility"; requires license fee upon application for licensure as mobile surgical facility; requires construction inspections of such facilities under specified circumstances; authorizes establishment of separate standards for said facilities; provides for imposition of annual assessment upon mobile surgical facilities, etc. Amends 395.001,.002,.003,.004,.0161,.0163,.1055,.7015, 408.036.
