Health Care/Credentials Verification; requires Health Dept. to develop guidelines for development of standardized system for collecting & verifying core credentials of health care practitioners through certified credentials-verification entities; requires applicants for licensure under specific provisions to collect & submit initial core-credentials data to certified credentials-verification entity, etc.
