GENERAL BILL by Finance & Taxation ; Starks

Taxation; repeals certain sections which would eliminate reorganization of structure of DOR; provides that homestead tax deferral shall not be granted if there are any delinquent ad valorem or non-ad valorem taxes outstanding against said property; provides for taxation of certain intangible personal property transferred to person or entity outside state & then repurchased to avoid taxation, etc. Amends FS.
