GENERAL BILL by Children & Family Empowerment ; Lacasa

WAGES Program; conforms terminology to reflect reorganization of HRS & creation of Children & Family Services Dept.; provides additional duties for local WAGES coalitions re improving process for establishing paternity for noncustodial parents; specifies certain tax exemptions allowed to business that provides jobs for program participants; clarifies certain requirements under which person is eligible to participate in WAGES Program, etc. Amends FS.
