Regional Poison Control Center; requires each basic & advanced life support service & air ambulance service to develop & implement prehospital emergency dispatch protocol with appropriate regional poison control center; provides that regional poison control centers shall assume responsibility & liability for calls transferred in accordance with protocol. Amends 395.1027; creates 401.268.
