Nursing Facility Personnel Screening; (THIS BILL COMBINES H3089,171) provides procedure for administrative hearings on certain actions to deny, suspend, or revoke nursing facility's license; requires background screening for certain nursing employees; authorizes conditional status for certain employees; requires AHCA to establish & maintain database & provide certain information, etc. Amends 400.121; creates 400.215; repeals 400.211(5).
