GENERAL BILL by Gay ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Livingston

Alcoholic Beverage Taxes; amends provision which provides that surcharge on sale of alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises shall be repealed if certain collections under beverage laws exceed specified amount in 1998; provides that taxes & benefits generated by restaurant industry from employment of WAGES program participants shall be included in those collections.
