CS/SB 386: Educ./Teacher Preparation Program
GENERAL BILL by Education ; Holzendorf ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Hargrett
Educ./Teacher Preparation Program; provides that, beginning in 1999-2000 academic year, State University System initial teacher preparation programs shall include optional teacher internship in socially & economically disadvantaged area; provides that, beginning in 2000-2001 academic year, such programs, in partnership with public school districts, shall establish teaching residency programs in disadvantaged areas, etc. Amends 240.529.
