GENERAL BILL
Minority Business Development; provides additional duties of Minority Business Advocacy & Assistance Office of LES Dept.; requires Enterprise Florida, Inc., to develop utilization plan for minority business enterprise & to submit report of total expenditures resulting from contracts with minority business enterprises for review & approval by said office. Amends 287.09451, 288.905.
