GENERAL BILL by Business Regulation & Consumer Affairs ; Ogles ; Brown ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dockery ; Lynn ; Chestnut ; Dawson-White ; Murman

Contracting/Regulation; provides responsibilities of building code administrators, plans examiners, & inspectors; provides that nothing prohibits local governments from contracting with certified persons to perform inspections; provides for medical gas certification for plumbing contractors who install, improve, repair, or maintain conduits used to transport gaseous or partly gaseous substances for medical purposes, etc. Amends FS.
