Certified Nursing Asst. Practice Act; provides duties & powers of Health Dept. in regulating practice of certified nursing assistants; provides requirements for obtaining certification as cert. nursing assistant; provides requirements for records & meetings held for disciplinary actions; specifies health care prof. for whom failure to wear certain ID while offering services to public is grounds for disciplinary actions, etc. Creates Part XV of Ch. 468; amends Ch. 400, 20, 455.
