GENERAL BILL by Arnall

Taxation; amends certain statutes of limitation; reduces period for tolling of statute of limitations; prescribes circumstances for tolling of statute of limitations as result of administrative or judicial proceedings; reduces delinquency penalty for certain taxes; provides rate of interest to be charged on certain tax deficiencies & provides for periodic readjustment thereof, etc. Amends Chs. 95, 199, 201, 212, 213, 215, 220.
