SB 1410: Workers' Compensation
GENERAL BILL by Grant
Workers' Compensation; deletes limitation on kinds of medical testimony admissible in proceedings before judges of compensation claims; provides that provisions re managed care arrangements do not divest jurisdiction & authority of said judge to enter orders re reasonableness & medical necessity of medical care; deletes provision requiring employees to exhaust all managed care grievance procedures before filing petition for benefits, etc. Amends Ch. 440.
