GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Thomas

State Group Insurance Program; clarifies provisions re operation of State Group Insurance Div.; provides for Career Service exemptions in said division; clarifies requirements for contracting with HMOs; provides that state employees may participate in state group health insurance program at time of receiving their retirement benefits; provides coverage in state group health insurance plan for certain legislative members, etc. Amends Ch. 110, 20.22, 121.025, 215.94.
