GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Webster

Governmental Reorganization; clarifies duties of Deputy Commissioner for Educational Programs; authorizes Education Commissioner to reorganize portions of DOE; requires LES Dept. to contract with consumer-reporting agencies to provide creditors with secured electronic access to employer-provided info. re quarterly wages reports; authorizes LES Dept. to offer voluntary reduction-in-force payment to certain employees; requires plan to meet specified criteria, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
