CS/CS/SB 94: Driving or Boating Under Influence
GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Criminal Justice ; Rossin
Driving or Boating Under Influence; increases penalty imposed for fourth or subsequent conviction of DUI; increases penalties imposed for causing serious bodily injury while driving under influence; provides that it is first-degree felony to cause death of another while DUI; revises blood-alcohol or breath-alcohol level; provides that previous convictions for boating under influence are to be considered for purposes of penalties, etc. Amends 316.193, 327.35, 921.0022.
