GENERAL BILL by Criminal Justice Appropriations ; Crime & Punishment ; Kyle ; Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bense ; Feeney ; Fasano ; Byrd ; Argenio ; Johnson

Prosecution of Juveniles; requires that state attorney prosecute juvenile between certain ages as adult if juvenile is charged with specified violent felony & possessed firearm or destructive device during commission of felony or discharged firearm or destructive device during commission of felony which resulted in death or great bodily harm; specifies circumstances in which provisions of this act do not apply, etc. Amends 985.227.
