SB 2252: Law Enforcement Communications

GENERAL BILL by Burt

Law Enforcement Communications; provides for review panel to evaluate & select strategy to complete implementation of statewide law enforcement radio system; describes additional authorized joint city-county law enforcement activity by voluntary cooperation written agreement; provides for emergency interception of certain communications; requires provider of electronic or remote computer service to provide certain info. when subpoenaed, etc. Amends Chs. 23, 810, 901, 934. APPROPRIATION: $30,000.
