Labor & Employment Security Dept.; repeals provision re authority & organizational structure of LES Dept.; provides for transfer of Workers' Compensation Div. & Judges of Compensation Claims Office & certain functions of Workforce & Employment Opportunities Div. to DOI; provides for transfer of Blind Services Div. to DOE on October 1, 2000, rather than January 1, 2001; authorizes transition team to use unexpended funds to settle certain claims, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 07/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
