GENERAL BILL by Ball

Criminal Investigation/Communication; revises & clarifies provisions re security of communications; prohibits disclosure of certain information re criminal investigations; provides penalties; provides for emergency interceptions of communications under certain circumstances; provides additional defense to certain actions arising out of communication interceptions; provides for emergency installation of pen register & trap & trace devices, etc. Amends Ch. 934.
