SB 1522: Enterprise Zones/Boundaries

GENERAL BILL by Constantine

Enterprise Zones/Boundaries; authorizes boundary change in specified enterprise zone; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to designate said zones in Sarasota Co. & Hernando Co.; removes December 31, 1999, deadline for creation of satellite enterprise zones by certain municipalities & authorizes creation of zones effective retroactively to that date; provides for designation of specified area within Hillsborough Co. as enterprise zone, etc. Amends Ch. 290.
