Ballroom Dance Studios; removes requirement for issuance of occupational license to ballroom dance studio; eliminates regulation of ballroom dance studios by Agriculture & Consumer Services Dept., including authority to seek penalties & to adopt rules; deletes registration requirements; provides that bonds or other security obtained to ensure refunds to customers will not be placed with department. Amend 205.1969, 501.143.
