GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Natural Resources ; Garcia ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bronson
Water Resources; allows certain alternative water supply facilities to recover cost of such facilities through rate structures; authorizes water mgmt. districts to solicit donations; authorizes water mgmt. districts to lease certain personal property; provides for membership on Manasota Basin Board & for resolution of tie votes; provides child-adoption monetary benefits to water management district employees, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
