GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Constantine ; Clary ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Crist

Florida Building Code; (THIS BILL COMBINES S336,190) delays date by which relocatables used as classrooms must meet certain standards; authorizes water well contractors to install, repair, or modify specified equipment in accordance with code; creates "Elevator Safety Act"; revises power of municipalities & counties re regulating electrical journeymen; provides for uniform implementation of parts of residential swimming pool safety act, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
