GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Constantine
Buildings; requires Fla. Building Commission to develop building code provisions to facilitate rehabilitation & use of existing structures; requires that elevator service maintenance contracts be made available to DBPR upon request for oversight purposes; provides that each elevator owner is responsible for inspections; prescribes responsibilities of public educational building code enforcement officials, etc. Amends FS.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
