Business & Professional Regulation; provides for annual rather than biannual inspections of transient & nontransient apartments; increases maximum aggregate license fee for public food service establishments; provides for increased coordination & consultation among Business & Professional Regulation Secretary, Hotel & Restaurants Div., & advisory council; requires elevator service maintenance contracts be made available to dept. upon request, etc. Amends FS.
