CS/CS/CS/SB 316: Domestic Violence
GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Finance and Taxation ; Children and Families ; Saunders
Domestic Violence; increases additional charge for dissolution of marriage petition; eliminates requirement that court order certain defendants to attend batterers' intervention program; provides for incidents that describe violence or threats of violence; prescribes factors for court to consider in determining imminent danger; provides for actions by victims of dating violence; requires CFS Dept. to operate domestic violence program, etc. Amends FS.
