GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Banking and Insurance ; Klein

Insurer Rehabilitation & Liquidation; provides for dept. to approve insurer withdrawals upon certain conditions being satisfied; revises construction & purpose provisions; limits application of certain time restrictions; authorizes DOI to exercise certain third-party rights; provides exception; includes certain assets within provisions authorizing receiver to take certain actions, etc. Amends Ch. 631, 624.430, 626.9541; creates 624.4073, 817.2341; repeals 624.3101.
