Taxation; amends provisions re local communications services tax; changes sourcing requirements for third number & calling card calls; provides exemption for homes for aged; revises period during which taxpayer may voluntarily disclose tax liability; authorizes governing body of county to revoke waiver of annual property classification; revises date by which property appraiser must provide notice to property owners, etc. Amends FS.
