Adult Protective Services; requires CFS Dept. to enter into certain working agreements with local law enforcement agencies; requires review of efficacy of such agreements by OPPAGA; requires report by dept. re its compliance with certain recommendations made by OPPAGA; provides that executive director of Statewide Public Guardianship Office shall be appointed by Secretary of Elderly Affairs, rather than by Governor, etc. Amends 415.1045, 744.7021.
