CS/HB 1761: Child Support
GENERAL BILL by The Future of Florida's Families ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Fiorentino
Child Support; redefines term "support order" for purposes of specified provisions, to include order of administrative agency; deletes requirement that child support order include minor's social security number; requires clerk of court to establish account for interstate cases; provides for location of administrative hearing; permits voluntary acknowledgements of paternity which are witnessed, etc. Amends Chs. 61, 120, 382, 409, 440, 742.
        
        Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
