GENERAL BILL by Health Care ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Farkas

Health Care; provides definitions applicable to provisions regulating hospitals & other licensed facilities; establishes licensing criteria for cardiac programs; provides expedited review for replacement of nursing home & for relocation of portion of nursing home's beds; eliminates right of existing health care facilities to initiate or intervene in administrative hearing pertaining to issuance or denial of certificate of need, etc. Amends FS.
