CS/SB 2364: Insurance
GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Diaz de la Portilla
Insurance; provides for payment of insurance premiums by debit or credit card, automatic electronic funds transfer, or payroll deduction plan; defines "claim" for purposes of alternative procedures for resolution of disputed property insurance claims; provides for reinsurance under workers' compensation insurance policy; revises licensure eligibility criteria to specify United States citizenship or certain legal alien status, etc. Amends FS.
