GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Regulated Industries ; Diaz de la Portilla
Fla. Clean Indoor Air Act; prohibits smoking in certain places; establishes specific exceptions where smoking is permitted; provides for designated smoking rooms; provides requirements for posting of signs in rooms designated as smoking rooms; provides for use of moneys collected as fines under act; provides for announcements at certain facilities; prohibits smoking near school property; requires Health Dept. to adopt rules, etc. Amends Ch. 386.
