TRUST FUND/GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Peaden
Biomedical Research Trust Fund/DOH; requires Financial Services Dept. to disburse certain funds from Tobacco Settlement Clearing Trust Fund to Biomedical Research Trust Fund; authorizes DOH to provide for investment of funds in said research trust fund; authorizes Governor to certify undisbursed funds for specified period following appropriation; provides requirements for management of unencumbered balances in trust fund, to conform. Amends 17.41, 20.435, 215.5601.
