Health Care; clarifies that certain provisions relate to disbursement of trust funds of DOH, not county health dept. trust funds; reduces nursing home staffing requirement for certified nursing assistants; amends income levels that determine eligibility of pregnant women & children under 1 year of age for mandatory medical assistance; amends provisions re Fla. Healthy Kids Corporation Act, etc. Amends FS.
