Health Care Practitioners/Education; deletes requirements for Health Department to administer electronic continuing education tracking system for health care practitioners; provides for enforcement of continuing education requirements required for license renewal; authorizes citations & fines to be imposed for failure to comply with required continuing education requirements; provides penalties, etc. Amends 456.025,.072; creates 456.0251.
