GENERAL BILL by Smith
Enterprise Zones; authorizes Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development Office to approve requests to amend enterprise zone boundaries; authorizes existing said zones to request recertification; reduces amount of sales tax refunded for business property used in enterprise zone; authorizes eligible businesses to transfer unused credits; extends expiration date of Fla. Enterprise Zone Act of 1994, etc. Amends 212.08, 290.007,.016.
