GENERAL BILL by Transportation and Economic Development Appropriations ; Sebesta ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Motor Vehicles; provides that unauthorized use of traffic signal preemption device is moving violation; provides clearance specifications for railroad-highway grade crossing; deletes requirement that portion of certain fees collected by tax collector be deposited in Highway Safety Operating Trust Fund; provides 4 points to be assessed against person's driver's license for violation of certain provision, etc. Amends FS.
