Individual/Disability/Service Animal; provides that individual with disability has full & equal access to & enjoyment of public accommodations & state & local governmental facilities, programs, services, & activities; provides that said individual may be accompanied by service animal in places of public accommodation & in state & local governmental facilities; prohibits segregating individual with service animal from other customers or public, etc. Amends 413.08,.081.
