Social Status of Black Men & Boys; creates Council on Social Status of Black Men & Boys; provides for appointment & qualification of members; provides for terms of office; requires council to make systematic study of conditions affecting black men & boys; requires Attorney General's Office to provide administrative support; requires council to submit annual report to Governor & Legislature; requires Attorney General to organize initial meeting of council, etc. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
