Aerospace; provides exemption from ad valorem taxes for certain space laboratories; creates Florida Aerospace Infrastructure Act; creates Fla. Aerospace Infrastructure Investment Program within Fla. Aerospace Finance Corporation; provides corporation with investment authorizations, criteria, requirements, & limitations; exempts corporation from all state & local taxes, etc. Creates 196.1999; repeals 196.1994; creates 331.501-.507. APPROPRIATION: $4,100,000.
