LOCAL BILL by Crist ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lee ; Sebesta
Hillsborough County; authorizes Alcoholic Beverages & Tobacco Div. of DBPR to issue alcoholic beverage license to Arts Council of Hillsborough Co. for use within Tampa Theatre; provides that license may be used for special events only; provides for sale of beverages for consumption within theatre; prohibits sales for consumption off premises; provides that purchasers may remove partially consumed, open containers from premises, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
