GENERAL BILL by Government Efficiency Appropriations

Taxation; repeals s. 11, ch. 2000-312, Laws of Florida; abrogates expiration of provisions in specified provisions, re Revenue Dept. passing upon & ordering refunds of property taxes, taxpayer contest proceedings against dept., procedures by which dept. may resolve disputes re assessment of taxes, interest, & penalties, exemption from tax on intangible personal property for leasehold estates in governmental property, etc.
