Immunizations; requires DOE to include parental information re school entry requirements & recommended immunization schedules in guidelines for parent guide; requires departmental guidelines re student health & other resources; requires governing authority of each private school to provide certain health information, including recommended immunization schedule & information regarding meningococcal disease, etc. Amends 1002.23,.42.
